2022 Oahu Continuum of Care Membership Applications Now Available

The 2022 Oahu Continuum of Care Voting Membership Application is now available. Friendly reminder, to have a vote in the general meetings, board elections, etc., agencies/individuals need to be up-to-date current members. Additionally, all agencies with Oahu HMIS access are required to be Voting Members. All Oahu CoC Advisory Board Members are required to be Voting Members. 2022 Voting Membership Applications are due by January 31, 2022, for all renewing agencies and organizations using the Oahu HMIS. Renewing and new applications will be accepted throughout the year. Waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be submitted to PIC Executive Director Laura Thielen.  To read more about Partners In Care and what we do check out:  https://www.partnersincareoahu.org/our-mission.

Agencies/Individuals may choose to sign up as a community member, which is a non-voting member who is encouraged to participate in ending homelessness by attending at least 2 PIC meetings a year. There is no cost.

All applications and payments (check – made out to “Partners In Care” or cash) may be mailed to the PIC Offices (address in application and at bottom on webpage).
