HI-501 2021 CoC Program Competition Consolidated Application and Project Priority Listing Publicly Available
Partners In Care is pleased to make publicly available the HI-501 CoC Program Competition Consolidated Application to HUD, including all parts of the application, attachments, and project priority listing. Partners In Care will submit the final application no later than Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. HST, pursuant and ahead of the 2021 NOFO due date of Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. HST (8:00 p.m. EST).
Please submit comments, edits, questions regarding the application to sharonb@partnersincareoahu.org and laurat@partnersincareoahu.org, by Monday, November 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. HST.

HI-501 FY '21 RFP for Project Applicants Now Available!
Aloha Oahu Continuum of Care Community,
Partners In Care, on behalf of the Oahu CoC, is seeking project proposals from qualified nonprofit agencies providing shelter and supportive services to persons experiencing homelessness. Please find the Request for Proposals (RFP) here. Selected applicants will be included in the HI-501 federal grant application for funds under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care Program.
Agencies must attend one of two available RFP Q&A Sessions to be considered for this funding opportunity.
