The O’ahu CoC has extended the deadline for project proposals to be submitted for the FY 2022 Continuum of Care Supplemental to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness (FR-6500-N-25S) aka “Special NOFO” until September 15, 2022 at 12PM HST. Special NOFO Request for Proposals (RFP)
Partners In Care, on behalf of the O’ahu CoC, is seeking project proposals from qualified agencies providing services to persons experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Please see the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) for more information. Selected applicants will be included in the HI-501 federal grant application for funds under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care Supplemental to Address Unsheltered Homelessness Program.
Agencies must attend one of two available RFP Q&A Sessions to be considered for this funding opportunity.
