Honolulu awarded $3.8 million dollars for Youth Homelessness
Partners In Care and the Oahu Youth Action Board have been awarded $3.8 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to develop a coordinated community plan to prevent and end youth homelessness and will fund projects that are consistent with this plan.
