HOW TO UTILIZE THE OUTREACH PROVIDER MAP

These seven COLORED “Regions” represent the Outreach boundaries for different homelessness providers ON O’AHU.

2. Clicking on a Region will provide you with the Region Lead information and the point of contact for that region.
